The Zurich-based startup rready supports companies in specifically empowering their employees as intrapreneurs, actively contributing, taking responsibility and contributing innovative ideas. rready (originally itself an intrapreneurial project of Swisscom) today shares its experiences with a lot of entrepreneurial spirit.

Official Company Representative – Ralph Hartmeier

Ralph Hartmeier is Co-Founder and Head of Growth at rready (formerly Kickbox). Previously, he worked at Swisscom as Open innovation Manager and graduated from the University of St.Gallen with a Master of Arts in 2018.
