About the speakers / panelists:
Nadja Lemke has been responsible for leading the Schaeffler Group’s Global Branding & Corporate Marketing team since 2020. In her role, she is responsible for topics related to strategic brand management and brand management. She holds a master’s degree in corporate and marketing communications from IE University of Human Sciences and Technology, Madrid.
Carina Hauswald has been Managing Partner at Globeone since 2015. She has more than 15 years of consulting experience in and with leading international companies. Her expertise includes strategy development, integrated communications and purpose-driven brand management. Carina Hauswald holds a Master’s degree in International Management, studied for her MBA in North Carolina (US) and earned her specialization in Strategy from Harvard Business School.
Simon Aschermann is Managing Partner at Globeone and co-editor of the Gobeone Purpose-Readiness Index. He is a communications strategist and reputation expert specializing in positioning companies in transformations. In his role at Globeone, Simon has guided leading companies in sharpening and implementing their corporate purpose. At the Universities of Tübingen and Paris-Sorbonne, Simon studied Philosophy and General Rhetoric and graduated with a Master of Arts.
