Consumer Metamorphosis

The climate crisis, the pandemic and the associated loss of control have deeply unsettled the population and raised doubts as to whether our society is still on the right track and whether it is still possible to adhere to your personal life plan. We are experiencing a fundamental change in awareness, which will also have a strong impact on consumer behavior. It marks a tipping point for many trends that have already become apparent in recent years. Not a return to the past, but the dawn of a new era, a real metamorphosis of the consumer: Love of home, “contactless,” sustainability, virtual lifestyle, new forms of work and new role models are just a few of the key words here.

How are these changes to be assessed and what impact do they have on business models, corporate strategy and brand management? Experts from academia and practice will discuss these issues in depth. The conference fee per participant will be invoiced after receipt of registration and is not subject to VAT.
