Topic:

The first twenty years of business on the internet were characterized by people searching for products and buying them on e-commerce sites. The next 20 years will be characterized by products finding people, where “discovery” and “demand” will be the key growth drivers. Successful organizations have recognized the critical importance of demand and need in their target groups and have learned to leverage it in the business process – “discovery commerce” is now the next step to expand demand and need, taking it to the next level. “Discovery Commerce” uses “machine learning” to bring the perfect product to the right people – before they have even started looking for it. And once people have discovered a product, they can buy it in a seamless process – with fewer clicks and less complexity. Learn more about how Facebook designs its solutions and products to realize the maximum potential of discovery commerce – create a better shopping experience for your customers.
